In the fight against chronic disease in North Texas an event filled with wellness activities was held in the Fall of 2024. The Health and Wellness Expo included free health screenings, fitness challenges, cooking demonstrations, complementary flu shots, a church challenge, plus free food, and drinks.
The Parrish Charitable Foundation served as the title sponsor of this gathering. The event was held at the Baylor Scot & White Health and Wellness Center in greater Dallas.
