The Parrish Charitable foundation presented the 2025 Poetry Slam, along with the Dallas Independent School District. These academic services of reading and language arts have immense value for students who are gifted with connecting words with creative vocabulary.
The PCF gifted over $15,000 dollars to the winning participants. Joseph Luther Hendricks captured first place. Alberto Barbesi won 2nd place, with Celine Wang who won 3rd place.
