Parrish Restaurants, LTD celebrated their thirty-five years anniversary in style in suite at Globe Life Park. As McDonalds 2000th franchisee, Roland Parrish opened his first restaurant in 1989, June 19th to be exact in Pleasant Grove, Texas. The date coincidentally marks the celebration of Juneteenth, now recognized as a national holiday. This restaurant, located at 8055 South Loop 12 would prove to be the launch pad for Parrish who has owned and operated over forty locations throughout the duration of his years in the market.
This gathering also served as a birthday celebration, for Mr. Parrish completed another trip around the sun earlier in the month. Nearly fifty employees joined in the celebration, that included, complementary food, drink, cake, and watching the World Series defending champion Texas Rangers.
